You may cancel your subscription to our software service at any time from your account settings.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until that period ends.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
Refund will be credited within 5-7 working days
Refunds are only provided in cases where:
- The service was not delivered as described.
- There was a technical issue on our side that prevented access or usage, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Incompatibility with third-party tools or environments unless explicitly stated in our documentation.
- Failing to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

If a free trial is available, we encourage users to take advantage of it before subscribing.
Once a trial ends and a paid plan begins, standard cancellation and refund terms apply.
